Our deliveries run from Monday to Saturday.

Oh dear! We are sorry to hear there's been a mix-up. The majority of our items are packed by hand so on very rare occasions it can be human error.

Please contact us on facebook or email with your order number so that we can put this right.

We're so sorry that this has happened to you.

Please report this immediately to the police who will then contact us directly to deal with the matter.

Order Queries

Sending cards directly to recipient is no problem!

During the checkout you will be asked if you'd like to send your card to the billing address or a different address. This is where you send the card to an alternative address.

We start your order immediately with our automated systems. This means unfortunately we can not cancel or edit your order once you have checked out.

Be sure to double check your personalisation before you pay.

For cards our cut off times for same day dispatch is 9pm*.

We do not permit any content that:
- Infringes on copyrighted designs.
- Misrepresents or impersonates anyone.
- Includes any material that personally identifies some one. e.g email, phone number, address.
- Contains pornographic, offensive or discrimination of any kind.
- May upset or harass anyone.
- Gives an impression that it is approved by us.

We don’t store your card details personally anywhere on our system, we use a third party company called Stripe. They are a Level 1 PCI-compliant payment service provider who specialise in this type of security, so you can relax, they can be trusted to keep your information safe.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Android Pay.

We are always looking to add more payment methods to make your journey easier.

After your order refund has been processed, our payment gateway submits it to your registered payment method.

Depending on your payment method's processing tie it can take between 5-10 working days to show in your account.

If you have not received your refund within this time then please contact us.
